As seasoned Prescott area listing agents, we will help you with the entire home selling process. As your listing agents, we will help you get the best price for your home and help sell it in the fastest possible timeframe.

Selling Prescott Area real estate requires a comprehensive marketing plan. If you select The Doherty Group as your listing agents, we will:

  • We will provide you with a custom “Home Book”. The book is left in your home and will provide Realtors and their clients with valuable information on your home, subdivision, and the Prescott area, including schools.
  • We have a lead generating website second to none. Through the Worl Wide Web and our website, we are able to attract buyers from all over the planet.
  • Color photos of your home will be listed on my personal web pages at www.YourKeyToPrescott.com.
  • Your home will have its own personal web site, unique to the industry - www.123456.YourKeyToPrescott.com (insert MLS # in place of 123456)
  • We use a Virtual Tour as a valuable marketing tool. This gives additional exposure to your home 24/7 via the Internet. Virtual tours provide 180 to 360 panorama-moving images. This has served our clients well and has proved to be the cutting edge of our marketing campaign.
  • A Custom Marketing Flyer will be developed to promote your home. The brochure will feature an extensive list of benefits your home has to offer along with a number of full color photos.
  • Your listing will be published in the Prescott Area Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service on the Internet; this will expose your home to over 1397 local agents and their buyer pool. Additionally, our website allows the average person to search the entire Multiple Listing Service as well, creating another opportunity for you listing to be viewed.
  • As a member of the Glendale West-Maricopa Board of Realtors we are able to publish your listing through the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS) also on the Internet; this will expose your home to additional agents in the Phoenix area and their buyer pools.
  • Your listing will be entered into Realty Executive’s inventory by our Office Coordinator. Should we not be available, there will always be an Executive available to answer incoming calls about any of Realty Executive’s inventory.
  • A For Sale sign will be placed at your home. The Realty Executives sign is respected throughout Yavapai County.
  • We place every home we list on that areas caravan tour (i.e. Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley). The tour is open to all Realtors and affiliates. On these tours there are typically 10 – 20 professionals that will visit your home and give there opinions as well as to familiarize themselves with the current inventory for their Buyers.
  • If you would like, we will schedule an office caravan tour of your home or land as well. A survey will be conducted during the office caravan tour. The purpose of the survey is to assist you by developing an agent consensus of an opinion of value by experienced professionals.
  • We will post your home in our inventory at www.HomesAndLand.com, whether or not it is being advertised in that months issue. Due to the limited space, we advertise in a rotation between the various publications. Your home will be in one of the following publications every month, Homes & Land or Today’s Real Estate.
  • Your home will be advertised in Today’s Real Estate magazine, with a color photograph and written description of your home. (Read More Below)
  • Every Realtor that shows your home will be contacted in order to get valuable feedback of their clients’ reaction to your showing.
  • We will provide you with a monthly Marketing Report on everything relating to the marketing of your home. This provides a summary of activities on your home during the past month. A sample copy is included in this report; it lists by date, showings, showing feedback, advertising, internet activities and appropriate status changes.

Today’s Real Estate is affiliated with our local newspaper, The Courier. When someone subscribes to The Courier they are mailed a copy of Today’s Real Estate magazine every month, even nation wide. This real estate magazine is also free to the public and is placed in display stands throughout the Quad-Cities. Today’s Real Estate has expanded to the Web, with a click of the mouse you can now browse at www.PrescottAZ.com. We usually carry a two-page ad and feel the exposure for your listing is best served through the magazine.

Marketing Strategy

Our experience has shown the highest possible sale price is obtained by exposing a listing to the largest number of qualified buyers. Our “High Impact Marketing Plan” is designed to expose your home to the greatest numbers of buyers and agents possible. We are a member of the Prescott Board of Realtors as well as Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service, this means added exposure to Phoenix agents. Additionally, by subscribing to a variety of online services and posting your listing on these servers, we have opened the exposure of your listing world wide. This strategy will increase the demand for your home and enables you to obtain the highest possible sale price, regardless of market conditions.
